Some time ago I asked you for the name of a building contractor and you said you had only one that was rated "A+"...You may now rate him AA++. I have never, in my 83 years had a more reliable, honest and efficient contractor working on my property. He and his delightful crew went far beyone their contract to see that each and every aspect of the job came out perfectly - and it did.
They not only saw that everything in the contract was done perfectly and to my satisfaction, but they did additional work for which I was not charged. I am an 83 year old woman, an interior designer, and have worked with many contractors, but none with the ethics and expertise of Guy Hazan of Construction Owl.
Their efforts on my behlaf was and is, as I intend to go on working with this young man, a far cry from the myriad of attorneys, surveyors, builders that have taken advantage of me because I am elderly and handicapped. No one seems to realize "elderly/old" doesn't necessarily mean "stupid" or "senile". I am in the midst of a multitude of lawsuits brought on BY attorneys that have tried to take advantage of me because of my situation. It was delightful to find someone that just wanted to do a job, do it well and keep his client happy, which was exactly what Guy Hazan did.
Now, if you have the name of a surveyor and structural engineer with the same qualifications as Guy Hazan, I would be delighted if you could send me their information.

I had many companies/individuals give me estimates on my bathroom remodeling. When Guy from G.H. Builders, Inc. came to me, I knew he was the one I wanted to go with. He really listened to me and to what
wanted to do. He showed me beautiful pictures of mansions that he constructed and
remodeled and I was very impressed.
But I just had one small little bathroom that I wanted done. He still made me feel that this was the most important job of all, and really made me feel comfortable. With that aside, the people he brought in to do my bathroom were very neat, professional and they did an excellent job. They were very flexible with scheduling and worked around my schedule, not theirs!
I would recommend G.H. Builders, Inc. to anyone who needs a job done, whether big or small. The prices were affordable, they did an excellent job, and I truly felt important to them. Lion Development group, LLC (Beverly Hills) - Complete home remodeling, landscape and hardscape.
Mr. Guy Hazan from G.H. Builders Inc. was selected by our investor's group to perform a major remodeling and revitalization for a Beverly Hills estate we purchased. Throughout our selection process, we met with several general contractors and we decided that G.H. Builders will take on the project.
Because of the complexity of the project in hand, and our very tight schedule, we were looking for someone who could guide us throughout the whole process. Guy was professional, diligent and took care of all of our concerns. G.H. Builders completely remodeled the whole house (over 8,000 sqft) and re-landscaped our 29,000 sqft yard.
The remodeling included, among other: hardwood floors re-finish, installation of new marble floors throughout, interior and exterior painting, complete renovation of all bathrooms, reconstruction of a new balcony and indoor jacuzzi areas, plumbing, interior and exterior electrical work, installed new granite counter tops, wrought iron replacements etc. The landscape portion of our projects included: complete renovation of a pebble -tech pool and spa, rehabilitation of a 50ft waterslide, bringing in new trees, complete restoration of our gazebo, deck and playhouse, etc.
Throughout the process, G.H. builders worked with as many as 30 workers placed outside and inside the property. The project was finished in about 4 months, and we were able to sell the house after a short period of time. We highly recommend G.H. Builders' work and services. We will certainly gain their services in our future projects and developments.

Guy and David from G.H. Builders Inc. recently contracted a major remodel for us. We added a new master bedroom with a balcony and walk in closet on a new second floor, rebuilt our kitchen with new cabinets, flooring and lighting, re-floored the entire first floor with wood and stone, and re-stuccoed the entire exterior of the house with a modern meditaerranean texture and look. In addition to that, we remodeled the guest bathroom and we constructed a new sauna room.
We highly recommend their work and services. Throughout the entire construction process Guy and David were professional, courteous and caring. They accommodated us by working around as we remained living in the house during the remodeling.
The design of the additional floor and room was very natural, and per our original requests. The design does not look like an addition, but a part of the house's original construction and look.
Their recommendations and suggestions for interior imporvements, choice of flooring, colors and layouts were very helpful, and resulted in a wonderful remodel and modernization of our house. the result is what was a Southern California ranch style home is now a larger and more modern elegant home.
