Room addition - Newbury Park, CA (Ventura County)

This project started out with an idea and a need of the homeowners for a bigger family room and recreation section in their house. We started immediately with architectural plans and engineering and got an approval from the city of Newbury park to build a 1st story room addition for the existing family room.

The process started with demolition of the existing family room, foundation, framing and rough electrical. During the time we started working at the customer’s home, they were so impressed from the pace and quality of the project that they decided to expand the project into a complete remodeling of the house that involved : Two bathrooms remodeling, flooring, interior and exterior painting, fireplace remodeling, electrical job, gutters and kitchen backsplash and countertop.

The project was completed with a successful final inspection by the city, and resulted in a transformation of 1970’s traditional home to a beautifully designed home with traditional and modern influences.
