Room addition - Los Angeles, CA (LA County)

These customers had plans for their dream home which they could not afford with their budget. This is where we got in the picture with trying to fit their budget and transform and 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom old traditional home into a 2000 sq. ft. 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms modern home.

The project included a 1st story addition of approximately 850 sq. ft., a new living room, family room, dining area, beautiful open kitchen layout with an island, laundry room, powder room, master suite, windows and doors replacement, insulation, electrical re-wiring, modern deck, stucco, tank-less water heater and a new heating and cooling unit.

This major project was completed in approximately 4 months and resulted with a beautiful modern home with a hint of traditional design in it.
