Complete Home Remodel- Pacific Palisades, CA (Los Angeles County)

This project involved a complete remodeling and renovation of an old house in the pacific palisades area of Los Angeles county. The owners just bought the house recently and needed a very creative design that will work with their budget and the layout of the house.

After a thorough inspection by our designer and listening to our customers’ needs and wants, the decision was made to completely replace flooring on the 1st floor with 18”x18” travertine tiles. This project also included a complete kitchen remodeling, complete master bathroom remodeling, crown moldings, base moldings, custom made cherry walk in closet, custom made bar area, new interior paint, special decorative finishes like cabinetry stain and Venetian plastering.

There was a sense of urgency due to the proximity to holiday season and the customer’s wife pregnancy, so we put in extra effort to finish the project ahead of schedule and were sensitive with working around the customers while they were living in the house.

The final result was a beautiful remodeled home with a higher real estate value.
