Guest and master baths renovation - Oxnard, CA (Ventura County)

This major project of guest and master bathroom remodeling and conversion of a bedroom into a large walk-in closet/office space started with a very small repair job we performed for this customer to his full satisfaction.

After discussing the customer's needs and the desired design, we came up with plans and a detailed list of materials selection. We were able to fit the customer's budget and save around 20% on the total cost by remodeling both bathrooms simulataneously, thus being more efficeint with our men power.

We started with demolition of the bathrooms, going in to the rough plumbing and rough electrical to accomodate the relocation of the sewer and water lines. We continued with plastering, drywall installation, travertine tiles and mosaic tiles installation, dark espresso finished bathroom vanity, granite countertop and fixtures installation.

At the same time we had the closet designed and custom built to fit the existing niches in the original bedroom. The closet was finished with a brazilian cherry tone and included special accessories like drawers, hampers, hanging rods and shoe shelves.

This project was completed on time and budget and resulted in another happy customer. :-)
